A’Lashell was founded by April Webster in 2022. The Hickman, Kentucky native ventured into the world of beauty after a 20 plus year career in health care and social services. The motivation to enter the beauty industry came

from her husband LaShawn Webster. He combined April’s first initial and her middle name Lashell. He loved her natural beauty and her red lipstick. The mission of A’Lashell is to enhance the natural beauty of women everywhere by encouraging and empowering them too boldly be confident
